1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between win345 ("win345", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through win345.bio and its associated sub-domains and applications.

By accessing the win345 website, completing the account registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the win345 platform and close your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active win345 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Win345 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets, winnings, or bonus balances upon detection of multiple accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Win345 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false registration details, including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, or identity documentation, constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win345 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Win345 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify win345 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Win345 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing any withdrawal request, win345 may require you to submit identity documents including, but not limited to, a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Win345 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC requirements have been satisfied to win345's reasonable satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Payments

Win345 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment source held in your own name. Win345 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, borrowed funds, or any source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account may be subject to review.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed within the cashier section of your win345 account. Win345 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time without advance notice.

Deposits are non-refundable once processed, except where win345 determines at its sole discretion that a refund is appropriate, including in cases of duplicate transactions or technical error.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method linked to and verified on your win345 account. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the name of the registered win345 user. Win345 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on the selected payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to banking partner processing times. USDT withdrawals are processed subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

Win345 reserves the right to carry out additional security and anti-fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Such checks may extend processing time. Win345 will communicate any delays to the affected user where reasonably practicable.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Win345 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. The general principles that apply to all win345 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Win345 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific user segments or regions.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms.

8. Prohibited Activities
